MSc Katarina Krajačić, DMD
MSc Katarina Krajačić, DMD was born in 1977, in Gradačac, Bosnia and Herzegovina. She grew up in Zagreb, where, having completed her primary and secondary education (Grammar School Lucijan Vranjanin), she enrolled in the School of Dental Medicine, at the University of Zagreb.
She graduated from the faculty in 2002, with highest grades and was awarded the DMD degree (Doctor of Dental Medicine). Upon graduation, she worked in the field of general dentistry for seven years, following which she enrolled in the postgraduate specialist study programme in orthodontics.
In 2008, she defended her Master Thesis with a special focus on the field of orthodontics, entitled “Crown to Root Ratio in the Croatian Population”, whereas in 2012, she passed specialty certificate exam and since then has been working as an orthodontics specialist.
Constant harbouring of new ambitions, experience gained through years of practice, as well as continuing professional development through trainings held both in Europe and outside it (USA, Asia…) have enabled her to attain a high level of professionalism and expertise in dealing with everyday challenges of clinical orthodontics.
She also works as an editor and translator of professional literature.
Considering that she spent part of her childhood in Germany and Switzerland, she speaks German, English and Italian since she was little.
